I ran 7Flags Event Center as General Manager. The charter was ambitious: turn a regional venue into a destination capable of hosting the largest outdoor festivals in the state at the time.
The work spanned daily operations, campaign development, offer architecture around tiered event experiences, and the operating rhythm that let us scale from club nights to state-largest festival runs. Attendance grew 75 percent. The operational and marketing framework we built made the business sellable on favorable terms, which is exactly what happened.
