Session Conversation Started

You're on the calendar.

Calendar invite is in your inbox. Here's what to expect.

Our 30-minute conversation is booked. Before we talk, I'll have read what you wrote about your situation. The context paragraph you submitted is the most useful preparation either of us can do.

A few notes on how the conversation runs.

01

The first ten minutes.

I ask questions about your business, your team, and the situation you are trying to solve. Not a pitch. A diagnosis.

02

The next fifteen minutes.

I tell you whether the session you are considering is the right one, recommend a different session if it is not, or recommend you take the Commercial Readiness Index first if it will route you better.

03

The last five minutes.

Logistics. Date, format, room (in-person preferred where geography allows, virtual where it does not), and what your team needs to bring.

If we're aligned by the end of the call, I send a confirmation with the session date, the prep doc, and the invoice. Nothing closes inside this 30 minutes.
